I think I also do not spend a lot of time on the Second Life road… but there was a Time I did.
Reading a Blogpost of Alicia, I decided to think about if I am a Couch Potatoe in my Second Life. Or should I rather call it Parcel Potatoe, Firefox Potatoe or Windows and Apllication Potatoe?
Alicia thinks that she should once again go somewhere in SL. Looks like she makes a Comparison and found out that there was more Activity back in her Second Life Days.
She noticed that´s not only her. Most of here friends just stand on ther Platforms as well. So talking about my Second Life related Activity, I must say this is my own experience I made in the past as well. I defenetly can agree cos if I login to Second Life, I hang out on my own Parcel (Sky- and Sandbox) most of the time too. And it´s true that I rather spend more time with Forums, SL Marketplace, Twitter, blogging and so on. Sure I call it my SL Activity as all this is mostly related to SL. But the good Point Alicia makes is that it isn´t Inworld Activity. And when she said that she noticed the same with her Friends, I just can sign it cos I notice similar behavior of my Friends.
So in my Case I can explaine it so… back in the Days, Second Life was so new to me that really everything was magical and interesting. I was just amazed about each Place I visited. I became somehwat addicted and soon when I met a Person who introduced me to her Estate, Club and Community, then I became all the more inlove with Second Life. I believe back in these Days I did not minimize the Viewer very often. I remember everything was pretty interesting so that the rest of the Internet just became a minor matter.
The Place where I mostly did hang out was an Estate with a Club and I know I got my first free Inworld Shop there as we became very good Friends soon. At this Time I did rather have a small Collection of Products and they all were everything but not Complex or something someone would need. 😀 Just my beginner Stuff. And also at this Time I did not spend much Time to produce new Stuff. So apart from hang out my own Products there I worked at her Club as well and I remember back that I got a very good Amount of L$. At least compared to what most of the Dancer´s and Host´s get today in SL. It was 1000 – 2000 L$ (really no Joke!) per Hours for working in her Club and much more then my little Shop income. Sure this was a Reason to stay inworld and it would be a Lie if I would say no. But everyday when the Club were closed we did still hang out together too. So I wasn´t hunting L$ only.. I just enjoyed the Time with my new Friends. We had always cool Topics when we did chat and we had defenetly a lot of fun. So I can say it was rather the Friendship which did bring me online. After some Month I had the feeling it was not just the Team of the Club but rather something like a Family and Federation. The bad End of the Story is that she one Day closed her Estate forever. I believe I would still hang out with her much but she did stop to login regulary and later she wrote me that she wont come online often in the Future as ReaLife keeps her on the Run. I can say I miss her much as it was my most active (inworld) Time in SL. Exploring, chatting, dancing, listening Music, shopping and I cant count it all. Sure is I did see a lot of Places in those Days.
So when my Friend did stop loggin in, I had some more Time to learn more about Conten Creation within Second Life. Soon I became a regular on these bigger Sandbox´s and did experiment a lot with Prims and LSL scripting. As I was still a beginner when we talk about creating Content and from now on very fascinated with all that but a very slow creating one, I would call this Time my second Level of inworld Activity. Even if I still was sad that a Friend leaved Second Life, I can tell you that I in fact now did spend more and more Time inworld. I rented my first own Land and started my Store and later a Mall which I did rent out for Tenants. Managing all this alone did result in much more Activity but not only on my Land. Making connections with other Landowner, renting AdBoards here and there affected me to see more and more Places inworld.
But some day creating things out of Prims became routine anyhow. I just learned to create things I have in mind and now didn´t need to think about it much. I just started to create thing´s I had in mind and this Process became faster then before. With much more finished Products then back in the Days I noticed that Xstreet got a bigger Economy-impact then my Mall. The difference of Sales was so huge that I just started to think about closing my Mall and rent a much smaller Place to just have my Magic Boxes rezzed anywhere and a Skybox for new little Projects.
So what about today? They just merged Xstreet to SL Marketplace and the old good impact of Xstreets Sales were just the beginning. My sales on SL Marketplace even increased compared to the closed Xstreet. And after reading other Blogs I now know and bet that a very heavy Amount of Sales go rather through SL Marketplace instead of Inworld Stores. Not enough… new Features like Mesh Import makes Content Creators stay outside of SL to create Content. I do so now too.
Today? I believe I can get these fascinating Essentials of Second Life without logging in much. And there is for me the Problem. It became creating Content outside of SL, managing these Matters outside of SL, advertise it outside of SL. When things are done, then they get just adjusted inworld and then dropped in a Magic Box. Oh and soon we dont even have to rent Land for a Magic Box as we soon can sell Thing´s out of our Inventory. I believe all this has a huge negative Impact on the Virtual Estate Business too.
For socializing it´s pretty much the same.. Social Networks, Forums, blogging… I believe I spend more Time outside of SL today. You get these Second Life related News and hot Topics outworld.. and you can discuss it with People even if you are not online on the Grid. Do I like it? No I think Alicia is right. We should explore more often again Inworld. What I did now was losing the Fascination of SL, I had early Days in SL . The Question is if we are the Reason for that.. if we are lazy? If we lost Ideas where to go? If we lost Friends inworld? Or is this all due to some changes LL made?
Really I like new Features like Mesh Import and the upcoming Features. So.. well.. I am not sure. I just know that Content Creation became a very importend Part of my Second Life and so I can just judge it from this Perspective. Linden Lab gave us Tools like SL Marketplace and the Mesh Feature to just handle everything we want but not inworld. So there seems to be just a minimalized Reason for Content Creators to stay online on the Grid. If I could handle all this only Inworld and there was a Time… then I would probably rather be anywhere around on the Grid. I dont want to say that I dislike the changes of Linden Lab. Great Features arrived and will arrive soon. It´s just for me clear that they have a huge impact. They change Second Life.
Ok. Looks like for me socializing became simply suppressed by creating Content for SL. And now I dont do it often inworld. Even if I still have fun with what I do.. I agree.. it´s anyhow sad because there is maybe so much more I could do inworld. I sometimes just dont know what and why if I can do it without being around on the Grid.
However I think Alica found a Topic which might be for some of us pretty up to date. At least for me. I am sure we all have differend Reasons to be Parcel Potatoe´s or People who just login to put some Thing´s up for Sale. Maybe some of us are still often inworld. But I believe fact is that there are a lot of People who aren´t and if then they simply hang out on ther Parcel and have no other Ideas. Maybe I should start again to explore what SL can offer me apart from what I do now. Or maybe all this is just a subjective Feeling as we did spend already so much Time inworld in the past.. maybe it just feels differend then before. The latter would be what I experiences in other Virtual Worlds like World of Warcraft and so as well.
7 Years ago I did explore any Places in World of Warcraft just because I was nosy what there could be behind that Hill on the Horizon. But today I know there might be nothing then some low Level Monsters which wouldn´t even hurt me. That cool feeling of exploring new Worlds comes again when new Content or an Expansion arrives. But also only for a short Period. The Focus of my WoW Gameplay is now mostly Player versus Player Matches, new Dungeons, Raid´s and so. The World is just nothing new to me…
But sure! The World of Second Life does always undergo modifications! Maybe I should write that on a Note in front of my Keyboard so that I sometimes do anything else then now. 🙂
So this is a Topic I did think about often in the past two or three Month. So that I lately did make a good new start with exploring the Linden Realms.. another Day I was listening and chatting in a Electronic Music Club. But then I got bored again.. I simply do not often have Ideas what to do in SL. But well… lets see… 🙂

Finished this little and crazy Tipjar which will shoot with Particles after each tip (unless you did activate it in the Config Notecard). The Tipjar has much more features.. just read on 🙂

THIS IS THE INSTRUCTION FOR THE TIP JAR
Feature List Summarized:
– Easy Setup with Configuration Notecard
– Every Settings are well descriped
– You as owner can choose if you want a Commission in % each Tip
– Choose if Tipjar-User will be logged out or can stay logged in if out of Range or not online anymore (You can define it in Meters)
– Choose if Peoples who want to login need to be in your Group or not
– Define the whole Hovertext and every Message the Tipjar can send
– Define the Color of the Hovertext
– Choose if the Tipjar should shoot Particles after each Tip or not
– Choose if the Particles should smash on Donator or the Tipjar User if Particle Mode active
– Define the Lifetime of these Particles if Particle Mode active

How to use and change the Settings of the Product:
1. Rez the Tipjar.
2. Wait until the Initialization of the Tipjar is finished.
It´s done when you see “All configurations loaded. Tipjar ready!” in your Chat.
3. First let´s customize your Tipjar now. Right click the Tipjar and click “edit”.
4. Go to the content tab.
5. There you will find the tipjarscript and the tipjarconfig
6. Make a copy of the “tipjarconfig” notecard and take it to your Inventory, just so that you have a Backup
7. Read carefully the configuration notecard. There you will find deeper Instructions and all about what you can change and how you do it.
8. After changing the configuration be sure that you click “save”!
9. Wait again until the Tipjar is initialized.
It´s done when you see “All configurations loaded. Tipjar ready!” in your Chat.
The Tipjar will restart and initialize your tipjarconfig always if you changed and saved the config.
But after that, the Tipjar is ready to use.
Additional Hints:
When you made some Settings in the “tipjarconfig” File… and if you are happy with all Settings..
Just duplicate your Tipjar if you need more then one in your Club or Location. As you made already Settings,
the Duplicates will now have the same Settings.
You can also save your tipjarconfig in your Inventory after finishing your Settings. That is the way you can put
it back to a new rezzed Tipjar in case you did deleted every Tipjar from your Land. Good because you dont have
to make these Settings again. But be sure that you only have one tipjarconfig in your Object.
FAQ:
Q: The Tipjar is asking for Permission Debit. What the heck is going on? Can I trust you?
A: Yes, in fact you can trust me. Permission Debit is always needed in Second Life when a Script
want to take money from agent’s account. In the Case of Tipjar´s it is usualy so that your
Staff is logging into the Tipjar but you are the Owner of the Tipjar. If now someone (A Donator)
pays your Staff, the Money first goes through your Avatar and then to the Person who is logged
in to your Tipjar. So basicly the Script just ask you to get permission for this Function and to forward it
to your Staff or anyone who logged into your Tipjar. Anyway be careful in Second Life. Only give permission
if you trust the Creator of the Script you got.

Another new Tip Jar for Second Life
Ok today I did finish my little Goldpot Tip Jar for Second Life Clubs and other Business in SL. I did set the starting price to 250L$ and I´m still not sure if this is ok. Great is that this Tip Jar has a Config Notecard where you can change some settings, which I will descripe under the next picture. However, here are the Details about the Tip Jar:

Play some Trivia Rounds with nice Peoples in Second Life
I have new neighbors and if you know me.. well then you know that I am even nosy who are my new neighbors. Normally then I went to the new neighbor parcel to say “Hello, I am your neighbor! How do you do?”. 🙂
Well, this is the way how I meet peoples around my own Parcel and this is working well. In my opinion it is better to know neighbors as it can get a nice friendship sometimes. And with sometimes I do mean thats almost safe.
So when I noticed my new neighbors, I went over there and said “Hello”. They was very friendly and did welcome me. We talked abour neighborship and soon I asked whats there Project. Even if I did notice already, they told me it will be a club. They said I should come to an event if I like.
So I did.. another day I had a lot of yellow points on the Radar and I was sure they hold an Event. I went over there again and a DJ was spinning and a crowd had fun and nice talk. I did feel like I am at home, very fast.
If you think now “Oh noes.. Miyo is writing about another new Club again!”, then you are wrong. In my opinion this Club is a bit differend. I think there focus is more on “talk together”, play together” and “meet each other”. Which means we talked.. but very special was that we played a game. More precisely,… We played many rounds Trivia. Trivia is fun you know? Not that you only answer some questions if you can.. no,.. along the way you become acquainted with each other. For me it wasnt easy as the questions was in english and was focusing more on american general knowledge. But at least there was also a lot of general knowledge from all around the world. Questions about geographicals.. and many others. So I was able to answer some of these questions and even if I was right, i´ve got some L$. But I didnt care about the L$ and I think others didnt to as the bottom line is to play together and having a great time. And yes I think we had! It was fun!
OK but let me tell you some Details and where you can find the Club. The Club is called Two Worlds. After asking them what kind of music they are related to, they told me that they play a wide range and arent related to anything special. They told me they play this and that depending on the Event and I think this is ok. I really suggest to stop by one day as it seems fun to meet the peoples there.

SL Marketplace Listing Enhancement Performance
I did add a Listing Enhancement for one of my Products on the Second Life Marketplace. I did add a “Landing Page Enhancement” to my DJ Booth for Clubs because this was one of my Topsellers on the good old Xstreet. So I thought this Object would sell on the new SL Marketplace every bit as it sold on Xstreet if I activate the Enhancement. I payed L$999 for 30 days and here are my Results after two Weeks activated Enhancement:

Click Throughs:
last day/week/month – 0 / 2 / 3
Thats pretty bad compared to the Click Throughs and Sales I had on Xstreet. I should rather say that the SL Marketplace Performance on this Product is crappy compared to the same Product on Xstreet.
What does that mean? Do peoples still use Xstreet more likely? Thats at least my impression because there is nothing to say about my Product. As I said… on Xstreet it was my Bestseller with activated Enhancements.
I wont activate any new Enhancement on SL Marketplace until Xstreet is closed as it seems to be that peoples stil shopping more likely on Xstreet. And I guess I´m not wrong here.
Let me see how it will be until Xstreet is closed. For now I can say that these Enhancements on the new Marketplace arent profitable for my Products. But they was in the past on Xstreet.

Cool Minimal Music at United Beats – *CODE 415*
Today I am arrived at the United Beats – Code 415 Club in Second Life. I must say I am anyway a great fan of Minimal, House and Electro Music. So I did arrived at a Location where I feel pretty good. There was a DJ called Cyberstar and he really did groove the crowd. If you also like this kind of underground Music then you defenetly should take a look at this Location. They played a lot of “deep stuff” there. No mainstream. I often visit those Clubs in Second Life if I have enough time and I am pretty sure I was there already before. I think they did do some changes on the Location. I defenetly can remind Code 415 but the Club Enviroment changed I guess. All the Peoples I did meet there was pretty crazy. They had absolut cool costumes. Pretty Sci-Fi and modern. Well thats it.. Its a Tech-Scene so dont wonder. So my suggestion goes to Code 415. Check that Club out.
Cloe´s Party at “Wee Little Irish Pub”
I mentioned before that Cloe is now the new Chairperson for the Chamber of Commerce. You maybe did read it here: A new Chairperson for the Chamber of Commerce.
So I think because of that, yesterday she did invite us to her Party at the “Wee Little Irish Pub“. I think you can read in the Name it was an Irish Pub. We had much to talk and did listen Music. I thought the Music sounds pretty Irish so thats why I asked Cloe if this is “Irish Style Music” and she said yea you could call it so but the Moderator is subject to call it “Celtic Rock”. For me it was new but I did enjoy the Music and indeed the little Pubs atmosphere and all the friendly Guests. I had the chance to meet peoples I already know and some of Cloe´s Friends which I didnt know before.
She also told me that she has an Irish Band in Second Life and that the “Wee Little Irish Pub” is the Place where they hold Events sometimes. I was nosy and did join the Group to be informed about Events. I think I will arrive there again then and it could be that I someday write another Blogpost about it.
I also had the chance to take a “Lionheart Times” in front of the Pub. It is a Second Life Newspaper about things that happen on the Lionheart Estates. Pretty funny writen. You defenetly should take a look and read a little bit.
Ok I had again a nice day in Second Life. Sadly I was to early tired and had to leave the Party. But it was because its another timezone here in Germany. So for me it was latenight. However I was there for a while and I really did enjoy to meet them all. I think this is all I can write about it but at least I have some cool Pictures for you, take a look:

So today I did meet a Second Life Neighboor which I already know for some time now. He has a Parcel not far away from mine. First we talked about differend stuff and then I´ve got an invite from a neighboor Club called “Number 12”. For all who dont know about this Club.. It is a alternative and Rock Club. I did write about it some time ago:

I told my friend about the invite and he decided to go there too. We did listen music and did write about everything. Our biggest topic was Windows Vista vs. Windows 7. I told him that I dont like it if a Operation System ask me multiple questions if I really want to start a programm or move data files from one to another location. We had much fun and did laugh much.
I like those day when I can hang out in Second Life and just relax the time, listen music and talking with other peoples. We also talked exactly about this topic. What do we do today if we are bored and its cold outside? We have the posibility to hang out in front of our computers. Use some photoshop or just hang around in Second Life. I asked him what he would to if he was born in 1818 or so.. He said he would posibly write a book. It was interesting to know. He told me that he like to write. What would I do if we wouldnt have computers and all this? I hope I would have a horse! I could imagine that I would like to ride a horse every single day. Maybe I would like to write songs.. I love music and in real life I play guitar. Maybe I could write songs on piano when I would be born 1800 or so.. You maybe laught about the topic we had. But at least its a good question or? What would you do in times were they didnt have stuff like computers or tele vision? I think they also had much hobbys.. music, writing,. painting.. at least they arent much differend to our hobbys today. Its just more technical and modern today. But we will see some day too.. Its just today modern and it will be old in the future. I like to talk with peoples about those philosophical stuff. At least we had much fun together and a great talk with great music.
My Parcel is on the Lionheart Estate and it can be fun to hang around there. You have so much neighboors with differend own projects there. You will find clubs and and and. When I did rent my parcel there it is some time ago and today I already know lots of peoples who are tenants there too. So this is what I like. Its like a virtual home town.. yea I feel at home there.
Ok but after listening music we got a group Invite of the Chamber of Commerce. It is a association of all Merchants and Business Ownerd from the Lionheart Estates but I will tell you more about this Event in my next Blogpost. Just check that out if you want to know what we did there.
Most SL Clubowners are without sense of decency!
Yes you did read right. In my opinion most SL Clubowners are without sense of decency. Oh and I miss logic and cleverness too. I would go so far that I say most of them want to rip you off if you ate tenant!
But this doesnt mean that I say every Clubowner want to screw you. No I said many or most of them do so. And this is my experience as shopü tenan.
I told some of you with a blog article that I did rent a shop at Club Pacha in Second Life and that this spot was horrible. I did pay for four weeks and in this four I didnt have a single sale. I must say here that I dont expect only sales if I rent anywhere.. Sure it is great if I sell much.. but it wont be to bad if I dont sell much. I expect first of all to share my notecard and landmark with my LMgiver there. Next I expect that peoples will see my shop sign. All this is name recognition and brand awareness. And this is what I expect first of all. If I sell anyway.. its great too! However in case of the Pacha Club I did not even share one single landmark or notecard. I am total sure that I wasnt able to build brand awareness on this spot. And this is why I called it “epic fail” in one of my blog articles.
For sure I did tell the club owner that I was pretty unhappy with this shop space. It was idle money. But I didnt want to make much trouble because of this. For me it was just clear that I dont re-new the rental there.
Somedays later the club owner contacted me again to tell me about his new plans. He want to rebuild the club and wanted to make sure if I maybe rent on the new spot. In a second I did hit the keyboard and did answer to his IM “No I am not interested.”. After he said that this spot will have again huge traffic I said “Hun.. traffic doesnt mean anything.. it could be a place full of bots and thats why I dont care about these numbers”.
He said he isnt gaming traffic and so…
Then I recived some plans which looks like this:
I did trust him. He said this would be the new strategy. And I have to say that I like these kind of spots. I very good experience in the past with that. I was tenant of several clubs with the same strategy. And if get a good shop there, it can be great.. but just “can be great”..
Because of my good experience with clubs who use this strategy I was interested now and had to ask him many questions again. I asked him for example if the TP Point will be a fixed point for all. Or if he will teleport peoples directly to the dancefloor? He said everyone will arrive on the tp point and then they have to go through the mallway until they reach the dancefloor of the club. I asked him some other question..
And I thought all sounds good and I will try it out for a week. He did assure to give me a spot near the club. I thought about that and later I said “Ok lets try that”.
You maybe ask now why I am so unhappy then? Well.. because he gave me a grafic like this.. and he told me about his plans but later I had to notice that some of these points arent true.
If we talk about teleport point.. He said everyone will arrive on this point. Today I did notice this is not fact. Nevermind how you arrive there.. Groupmessage, LM, Notecard, Direct teleport or what ever.. you will arrive directly on the dancefloor and not on the tp point. Only the peoples who came from search they will arrive on the teleport point.
However this is not the biggest problem…
When I did check my rental box I had to notice that they increased the rental fee from 300L$ to 400L$ without tell me this. You may think now “Well but its just 100L$ more..” but I have to say this is not the problem. The problem is here that he changed later so much things that it is now total differend to the agreement before. I did rent this spot on a total differend agreement.
But sure for me 400L$ weekly seems to be exorbitant too. Let us think logic now. We all know about Second Life economy behavior. To reach 400L$ in a week with a little shop near a club isnt assured.
Sometimes it can work.. sometimes not.. but I calculated with 300L$ here because this was the agreement and later I have to pay 400L$ now.. its not good because in this case 80% of peoples wont see your shop anyway because the teleport them to the dancefloor. If I count all this together.. yes then I get angry.
Because if he would told me before about these changes, I maybe wouldnt spend money on that.
Im sure I wont earn so much money there that I can cover the shop rental. And I am sure others cant do too. And this is why he maybe need to search every one or two weeks new tenants
For me its a pain to find peoples who hold what they said before..
I did tell him my opinion about that now. Let me see what he will answer. But assurance in these guys is lost anyway.
I just guess that many club owner use shops to farm Lindendollars.. they really do not care about the tenants.. what they see is the fast and easy money. Maybe not all.. but many peoples do.
I know they have costs for the land too which need to be covered..For sure they need to do but it would be for all better if these peoples take care about the tenants..Those exorbitant tends to nothing..they are unlogic.
So this is why I call it “farm the tenants”.
Sometimes I cant stop thinking that it is a shame and that there are a lot of fraudster in Second Life.
Sure maybe all this sounds like I am pissed now.. Maybe I am.. but this blog post will help me forget this. Blogging keeps me relaxed.. so all will be cool! 🙂

Number 12: Awesome Rock and Blues Club in Second Life
Last week I did notice there is a new building near my Mall. Because I even like to know my neighboors, and because I did notice many peoples on this neighboor parcel, I thought it would be a cool idea to say “Hello” there. I even do so if I notice new neighboors. However.. First I wasnt sure what I will find there. But when I arrived I did hear rock music and I was suprised! You know why? I love rock and alternative music! So now I was sure this must be a club and I was right.
So yea I went into the building and there was a party going on. The club is called “Number 12”. Peoples was friendly there and did greet me. It didnt took much time and I did feel very comfortable there. Not only because the friendly peoples, friendly communication there and the friendly atmosphere… I did also feel comfortable there because they did play music I like. They did hit my taste of music very good. Apart from rock and blues music they also did play very great old rock and oldie music. For sure they also did play some harder guitar music and thats what I like! I really did enjoy every single Song there and had much fun.
While I did dance with all the peoples there, I did meet the co-owner who is called “Do Negulesco” in Second Life. She also was very friendly. I asked her if I could write a blog article about this club because I like the club and I would like to tell peoples about this location. And yea she said this would be very cool. She also did offer me to tell me about the club history. I thought this would be pretty cool because this makes the article much more interesting. So this is why I will tell you something about the club history now.
They did start the first Club called “Number 12” back in September 2007.
It was the same club like the new “Number 12” today. IJsbrand McMillan (Owner) did start this project with his friends Glenn Umarov (DJ), Bloem Bekkers (Host) and Nella Ceawlin (Host). The club was small but anyway the location did enjoy to be in a vogue because they even played pretty great music. But other then today the did not hold events every day. But if they had events.. The club was well visited.
They did hold Events like the “Mister and Misses 12 elections” or Tattoo-Contests and many more. However “Do” told me that they had to close the old club because they didnt have enough time anymore then. Because of the popularity of the club it was sure that peoples was sad when they closed the first club back in August 2008.
IJsbrand and Do did work now for 18 month in other clubs then. But in this time they got the idea to re-open the “Number 12” some day. When Glenn and Bloem did hear about this new plans, they was right away enthused. They said “Sure.. re-open the Club and we will be there!”. “IJs” did find land on the Lionheart Estate and then they started to work on the new club.
So the re-opening was on 7th May 2010 with many guests and old friends. And you can be sure they was pretty happy and did feel comfortable again because it was like “come back home”!
As you can see… the club “Number 12” is reborn.
But today the new club will have a DJ and Events every day at 12 PM – 2 PM. But much more importend is that peoples will have fun again and for sure they will enjoy there time at “Number 12” together. And im sure they even will come back!

Party at Pacha House Club in SL
Yesterday I did join another Club in Second Life. I id join the Party at Pacha House Club in Second Life.
There was a DJ who is also the manager there. He did play awesme house music and I did enjoy the party for over one hour until i had to go because real life was calling. But it was fun and you should check that place out too. Great music and nice peoples. The location was pretty delightful because the textured they used are very awesome. Look at the screenshot and see the dancefloor texture. Oh and all the palms.. you know i love plants in Second Life because my opinion is that they give a place a special atmosphere.. yea if they place palms i even have to think about california style and so. I get happy mood then. Yea really…
I talked to some peoples there and all seemed to be very friendly and communicative. I did see a lot of pretty avatars there with high quality skins and clothes. I like peoples who take pains to get such an awesome avatar style. I would say its looking cool then and you can see those peoples on the screenshots. Arent they beaty? I think so!
They said they do 24 hour sparty there but im not sure if this is true. However they make a lot of partys thats sure and you defenetly should check them out.

The new Club Q-Poit will open soon in Second Life. Club Daddy Fendrik Arado will open the club on May, 10pm SLT!

I talked with Fendrik Arado and he has a lot of future plans for this club. He is experienced club owner and did managed a lot of clubs in the past. So its sure that you can expect a very hot party there!
About the music.. when I talked to the owner he said that they will run differend partys with differend music to make the crowd happy.He likes the concept to be very open minded with music. The location in Lionheart Timon is pretty awesmome. He did place a lot of palms which give you the cool california feelin there.

Most sim owners dont like the shout chat mode. If so, be sure that you use whisper or say mode.
Please also be careful about your neighboors. If you use the shout mode, they will see your random chat too. It is better if you use whisper or say in your configcard!
Default value is Whisper but you can change that.

Nice Gulf Coast Setting in Second Life
Ok with my travel addiction in Second Life, I´m arrived on another sim now.
First impression was that I´m arrived in a gulf coast setting with very well design. The place is called Junkyard Blues Club. I did see many palm trees, lagoons or should i better say little lakes? Oh yea and in some of those little lakes I did notice some crocodiles but you can be sure they wont kill you! My avatar is still alive after this journey.
So when I did arrive, i had the choice to go to the beach, to the shops or to the club. Well im a beach fan so this was my decision to go the first. Its just because i really love to see water and palm trees in Second Life. Its often so that this is looking amazing.
I did see so many beaches in Second Life but I cant stop to search even and even for new ones. Ok so how i said, i wanted to go to the beach first.
But I did know that I will find anything else which is interesting on the way to the beach. If i really think that a Sim is well and perfect designed, than i just cant go a distance without take a rest on the way and just enjoy the enviroment. I had to take screenshots again. Behind me you can see a very old gas station with a work shop. Aside i did notice a laundry shop. I know its nothing special but when I did see the design of this architectures i was just impressed. The designers did really hit the gulf coast flair. So next time if i want to meet friends to talk a bit, i will do it defenetly here on the park bench just because of the great enviroment. It was just a nice area there.
After this little brake it became late and the sun went to bed. I just arrived on the ocean and did see this bridge over the water. On this point i was now sure i will see boats and i love boats in Second Life! I just have to say again that i often get impressed because there so many creative peoples in Second Life. They build so much good stuff and arrange it often to a whole sim. Really impressive.
